And it is a strained yoghurt - meaning some of the liquid whey is removed during production - which is made in Greece.

Benefits of Kri Kri 0% fat Greek yoghurt
This product comes with the usual health benefits of yoghurt as well as a great nutritional profile. For context, we’ll compare a few key factors against Tesco high protein yoghurt - which is a similar product with high protein and very low fat.
Live cultures
Kri Kri offers no information on the types of live cultures present in this yoghurt or the actual amount of them (ie colony forming units).
For comparison, Tesco high protein yoghurt also doesn’t give any information related to the live cultures.
Postbiotics
Postbiotics are beneficial substances produced by live cultures during fermentation. In yoghurt, these can include small amounts of organic acids, peptides and other fermentation by-products.
Nutrients
This yoghurt has very good health measures which are broadly similar to Tesco high protein yoghurt.
Protein: It has very high protein levels at 10.3% - which is below Tesco at 11.3%
Fat: The label states this yoghurt has 0g of fat per 100g. Tesco states it has 0.4g of fat per 100g.
Sugar: The sugar content is moderate at 3.5% - which is below Tesco’s level of 3.9%.
Calcium: Kri Kri doesn’t state its calcium content. In contrast, Tesco has moderate levels of calcium with 120mg per 100g.
Appearance
As the picture below shows, it holds a fairly rigid and irregular shape in the bowl.
Texture
The texture is quite thick but not super creamy given the absence of fat.
Flavour
The aroma is very subtle and neutral with just a little whiff of funky cheese.
The taste is also very neutral with just a little subtle savoury cheese character. There’s also a tiny bit of chalkiness but nothing too bad. The acidity is fairly high but doesn’t seem too out of balance.
Overall, for a high protein yoghurt with no fat, the taste is fine without any obvious flaws. Just be aware it is underwhelming compared to a Greek yoghurt with fat.
Use
Given the okay, neutral taste, this yoghurt could be had on its own or added to cereal or smoothies. Just don’t expect it to add much flavour.
The absence of fat would likely mean it wouldn’t work well in dressings or marinades.
Cost of Kri Kri 0% fat Greek yoghurt
You can buy a 1kg tub from Waitrose for £4.70 - which is quite expensive compared to similar yoghurt.
